1. Real Estate Services & Agency Disclosure

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an agency relationship. An agency relationship with Jill Paddock or the Paddock Team is only formed through a signed, written representation agreement.


2. Accuracy of MLS Listings & AI Content

  • MLS Data: Information regarding homes for sale in Tucson and other areas is provided via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). While deemed reliable, this data is not guaranteed and should be independently verified.
  • AI & Digital Alterations: In accordance with 2026 consumer transparency standards, some listing photos may be digitally staged or enhanced using AI. Where required by law, such images will be clearly labeled, and original unedited photos are available upon request.


3. Fair Housing Commitment

4. Intellectual Property

  • Trademarks: The term REALTOR® is a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
  • Content: All text, graphics, and proprietary "Ask Jill" guides are the property of the Paddock Team and may not be reproduced without written permission.


5. Third-Party Links & Financial Advisors

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including lenders and financial advisors. We provide these links for your convenience but do not endorse or assume liability for the services provided by these third parties.


6. Limitation of Liability

Jill Paddock and her affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in property descriptions, pricing changes, or the unavailability of specific MLS listings in Tucson.


7. Privacy & Data Collection

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data, including your rights under the CCPA (if applicable) and our use of automated decision-making technology for property alerts.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, AZ.
